These Terms of Service govern your use of the website operated by Noble & Tail ("we", "us", "our"), a business trading from Aston Triangle, Birmingham, B4 7DA, United Kingdom, and any purchase you make through it. By accessing or using our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Our products
Our products are personalised, made-to-order items created from photos and details you supply (such as a photo of your pet, and their name). Because each item is made specifically for you, colours, framing, and materials may vary slightly from what's shown on screen, and production only begins once your design proof has been approved.
2. Personalisation, proofs and revisions
Where a product includes a live preview, you'll be able to see and adjust the framing of your photo before you check out. Where a product needs hand preparation (for example, background removal), we'll email you a free design proof instead. Every personalised order includes up to 3 rounds of free revisions to the design proof. Once you approve a proof, your order moves into production and can no longer be changed.
You confirm that you own or have the right to use any photo or content you upload to us, and that submitting it to us for the purpose of creating your personalised item does not infringe anyone else's rights.
3. Orders, pricing and payment
All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include any taxes required by law, unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or where the photo or content supplied is unsuitable, offensive, or unlawful for us to reproduce.
4. Shipping and delivery
Shipping options, costs, and estimated timeframes are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed.
5. Returns and refunds
Because our products are personalised and made to order, our approach to returns and refunds is set out in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 in relation to items that are faulty or not as described.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Noble & Tail and may not be used without our permission. You retain ownership of any photo you upload to us; by submitting it, you grant us a licence to use it solely to design, proof, and produce your order.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our site or products. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will apply from the date they're posted on this page.
