Shipping policy

Every item at Noble & Tail is made to order, just for you, through our network of print-on-demand partners (including Gelato and Printify). Because production happens locally to each destination through different specialist partners, timelines vary by product — here's what to expect.
1. How the timeline works
Most orders follow four stages:
- Design & first proof: up to 48 hours from when you upload your photo and details.
- Your review: up to 3 rounds of free revisions are included — this stage runs on your own time, so it isn't part of our production estimate.
- Production: up to 72 hours once you approve your final proof.
- Shipping: see the table below.
2. Shipping times by destination

Put together, most UK orders arrive around 8–10 business days after you approve your proof. These are estimates, not guarantees — actual times can vary with the specific print partner assigned to your order, and may run longer during busy periods.
3. Specialty and oversized items
A small number of products — larger or more complex items made by specialist print partners — take longer to produce and ship than the standard timeline above. Where this applies, we'll say so clearly on the product page, along with a realistic estimate for that item.
4. Shipping costs
Shipping is free on UK orders over £50. Below that threshold, and for international orders, the exact shipping cost is calculated at checkout before you pay, based on your delivery address and the items in your order.
5. Express shipping
We don't currently offer a paid express shipping upgrade. We'd rather not charge for a service we can't fully guarantee — if that changes, we'll update this page.
6. Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow it the rest of the way.
7. Customs and import charges (international orders)
For orders shipped outside the UK, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country on arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
